Adult counselling
My work draws on person-centred therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and somatic approaches. This integrative framework allows therapy to be tailored to your individual needs, combining empathy and collaboration with practical tools for emotional regulation, self-acceptance, and meaningful change. By working with both thoughts and bodily experience, therapy supports greater awareness, resilience, and the ability to respond to life’s challenges with flexibility and compassion.
